About Eric

Eric M. Wallberg is the Vice President of Retail Business Development for Luxury Mortgage Corp. He is responsible for expanding the Firm’s presence in the Southeast and Midwest. Mr. Wallberg is also a member of the Firm’s Production Leadership Team, contributing his expertise regarding sales and production-related issues across the entire organization.

Prior to joining the Firm in June 2015, Mr. Wallberg was Senior Vice President, Southeast Retail Sales for PMAC Lending Services in Boca Raton, Florida. Prior to working with PMAC, he spent eleven years building WCS Lending, LLC also located in Boca Raton. He launched WCS in 2002, and under his leadership, the company grew to employ over 400 people in eight states, generating over $2 billion in funded loans annually.

Prior to WCS Lending, LLC, Mr. Wallberg held leadership assignments with MortgageIT and New York Mortgage in Manhattan. While at MortgageIT, he was the Director of Internet Strategy, working to bring innovative solutions to the mortgage industry through partnerships and cobranding activities. His work helped MortgageIT become the largest privately-held mortgage lender in the US at the time.

Mr. Wallberg graduated from University of Maryland with a B.A.
