- A surviving spouse of a veteran who lost his/her life during service may also be eligible for the no down payment VA loan
- Disabled Veterans may not have to pay the VA funding fee

Loan Requirements
- You must have a valid Certificate of Eligibility with enough entitlement to cover the loan
- The home must be your primary residence, this means you live in the property full-time, year-round
- You or your spouse must occupy the property within 60 days of closing or have the VA approval to move in later
- You must prove you can afford the loan payment by proving you have stable income and employment and don’t have excessive debts
